Located at 610 Merchant in beautiful downtown Emporia, KS, Radius Brewing Company is a full-service restaurant as well as the town’s first brewery since prohibition. The regular menu includes artisan-style appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and soups as well as wood-fired brick-oven pizzas. After 5pm the Chef’s Menu, which rotates weekly, is available. It typically features fresh seafood, steaks, pastas, and creative appetizers.  All of this is complemented with our own line of craft beers which are brewed right in the middle of the dining room. A full bar with wine, bloody mary, and martini lists is also available for those who prefer something other than beer. Check out our regular menu, current chef’s menudrink menu and our beers.


Our menu is created by Chef/Owner Justin “Gus” Bays and prepared fresh from scratch every day by he and his culinary team. The open kitchen allows a great view of our rotating wood-fired brick oven, pizza doughs flying through the air, as well as providing an opportunity to see your whole meal being prepared.


Pretzel Bread and Dip* – Beer cheese spread or black bean hummus. 5  both  7

Scotch Eggs – Boiled eggs wrapped in sausage, breaded, and deep-fried. Served with IPA mustard. 7

Wings –Strawberry habanero, hot, porter glaze, or sweet & tangy mustard sauce. Ranch or blue cheese on the side. 8

Feta Artichoke Dip* – Served with corn tortilla chips. 8

Bruschetta* – Roma tomatoes, onions, kalamata olives, roasted garlic, parmesan, and basil on baguette. 7                                                                                                                               

Served with choice of side. (Substitute cup of soup for additional $1.)

BLT – Fanestil bacon, mixed petite lettuce, seasonal tomatoes, with pork belly aioli on sourdough. 9

Brick Oven Chicken – Sliced chicken breast, bacon, fresh mozzarella, avocado, and lettuce on sourdough. 9

Gyro – Lamb/beef gyro, feta, cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce, hummus, beer cheese in a house-made pita. 9

Pastrami and Mustard – Fanestil pastrami, cabbage slaw, dijon mustard, beer cheese on black russian rye. 9

Radius Reuben – Fanestil pastrami, sauerkraut, swiss, thousand island dressing, on black russian rye. 9

Portabella “Philly”* – Sautéed portabella mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, with mozzarella on sourdough. 8

Grilled Cheese – Assorted cheeses on sourdough. 8

Hot Roast Beef – Shredded roast beef, mashed potatoes, and brown gravy over toasted sourdough. 10 (Does not include side.)

Fresh Mozzarella Walnut* – Mixed petite lettuce, pickled beets, fresh mozzarella, Asiago croutons, hard-boiled egg, walnuts with avocado vinaigrette. 8

Kale Smoked Salmon – Kale, mixed petite lettuce, smoked salmon, Kalamata olives, dried cranberries, and goat cheese with Balsamic vinaigrette. 9
