We are a non-profit fund. Our goal is to work towards the economic and cultural development within the Flint Hills Region.

Bluestem ARTS Initiative Fund has been established to support cultural and educational programming that will benefit the creative community. The Fund is registered with the Emporia Community Foundation, a 501c3 organization.
